MY DIAGNOSIS.
I was diagnosed with SMA also known as a severe neuromuscular disease and once had to face the fact I was about to pass away. Luckily, with the help of the foundation I opened myself up on TV and spread the word of our flawed health system.

In October 2023, our victory in the case ensured universal access to SMA treatment.
